Class Descriptions
Intermediate Flow: Encourage
meditation where flowing movement follows breath with emphasis on
classic yoga poses.
Beginners Yoga: Build strength,
increase flexibility and enhance balance in a flowing sequence where
breath initiates movement.
Gentle/Restorative Yoga: Revive
with Seated, Prone, and Supine sequences to encourage passive relaxation
and stimulate vital organs while relieving the body of tension.
